The 3-second brow eyebrow stamp is an easy-to-use eyebrow stamp that creates natural, evenly-arched brows.
The 3-second brow eyebrow stamp is a beauty device that resembles an old-fashioned stamp: a soft material in the shape of a woman's eyebrow is attached to a plastic base equipped with a handle.
