Vgate vLinker MC is a proprietary diagnostic adapter from Vgate, which is analogous to the OBDLink MX + diagnostic adapter
The Vgate VLinker MC autoscanner has a number of advantages over OBD2 adapters of the ELM327 line, as it supports the SW-CAN and MS-CAN protocols of GM, Ford and other cars that support these protocols.
Also, the adapter is fully compatible with the AT ELM instruction set (ELM327, ELM329) and the STN ST instruction set.
Vgate adapters are recommended by most manufacturers of software for OBD2 car diagnostics.
