STAINLESS STEEL ESPRESSO MAKER STOVETOP X 12 CUPS, Valid for Induction stoves
The stovetop espresso maker, also known as 'macchinetta' or 'moka,' is still the most popular way of making espresso at home. In Italy, it's usually simply called a 'caffettiera,' their term for 'coffee pot.'
It works by creating pressure through heat at about 1.5 bar, to force water through finely-ground coffee and into a serving chamber.
How much is 1 cup? A traditional espresso is about 1.5 ounces. An espresso maker would thus make approximately 36 oz. of that delicious liquid. Though espresso cups may hold 3 to 4 oz., it is customary to only partly fill the cup.
Designed for electric, gas, vitroceramic and halogen stoves.
Please note that 2-cup coffee makers may not work correctly on some induction cookers due to the small diameter of the base.

Why doesn't my induction cooker recognize special cookware for induction cookers?
Attention! Low power induction surfaces may not always function with the small diameter induction cookware. The solution for using such cookware would be to combine them with other induction cookware to cover the entire diameter of the induction element surface.
