- The high-tech breathable membrane in the lid keeps the cheese fresher longer by regulating internal moisture to prevent excess condensation.
- The special properties of the membrane do not allow large molecules that create a strong cheese smell to go beyond the container into the refrigerator space.
- The CheeSmart® Container keeps cheese fresh in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or longer (depending on the variety and quality of the cheese).
- The lid fits snugly on the tray and does not allow air to escape from the container.
- The tray is double-sided and rough, so scratches on it are invisible.
