The heating pad is made in the form of a compact bag of non-woven polymer breathable material filled with a heat-releasing mixture. The heating pad is activated when interacting with oxygen, immediately after removing it from the sealed bag, the bag must be kneaded in your hands, after 2-5 minutes it will heat up to 50-55 degrees.
The heating pad maintains an average temperature of up to 53 for up to 3.5 hours.
After which there is a smooth cooling for another 3 hours to a temperature of 36°C. Next, the heating pad should be kneaded and shaken again, and the heating pad will again heat for up to 1.5 hours at a temperature of 45°C. Each heating pad is disposable, for external use only. One sealed bag contains one heating pad.
